You agree to back up your content. ZuumHost is not responsible for data loss.

SERVICE MODIFICATION

ZuumHost reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time including pricing and features.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ZuumHost, its staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages including data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access.

Total liability shall not exceed NGN600,000.

UNACCEPTABLE CONTENT

Pirated software or warez
Spam scripts or mail bombers
DDoS attacks or hacking tools
Malware or virus hosting
Fraudulent or phishing websites
Video hosting or cyberlocker services
High CPU/resource abuse scripts

DMCA POLICY

ZuumHost respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA complaints. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

REFUND POLICY

All payments are non-refundable unless stated under specific guarantee terms. Domain registrations, licenses, and add-ons are non-refundable.

DATA AND BACKUPS

Customers are responsible for backups. ZuumHost does not guarantee data availability. Backup limits may apply depending on usage.

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Any chargeback or payment dispute may result in service suspension. Fraudulent disputes may lead to penalties or termination.

EMAIL AND SPAM POLICY

SPAM is strictly prohibited. Accounts found sending spam may be suspended or terminated without refund.

CHANGES TO TERMS

ZuumHost may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
