Zuumhost, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from service interruption, data loss, or unauthorized access. Total liability is limited to NGN600,000.

• Fraudulent or phishing websites

Zuumhost respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA complaints. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

All payments are non-refundable unless a specific guarantee applies to the service purchased. Domain registrations, software licenses, and add-ons are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Zuumhost does not guarantee data availability, and backup limits may apply depending on usage and service type.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in service suspension. Fraudulent disputes may lead to penalties or permanent account termination.

Spam is strictly prohibited. Accounts found sending spam may be suspended or terminated without refund.

Zuumhost may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates means you accept the revised terms.
