- Relevant tertiary qualification and customer-care experience.
- Confidence with Excel, Word, and routine billing workflows.
- Good attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Sales / Technical Support

- At least one year of cPanel or WHM-related experience.
- Comfort with DNS, FTP, CMS basics, and hosting recommendations.
