Accounts/Billing Officer

Manage billing queries, bookkeeping, financial reports, and provide excellent customer support for billing and payment-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience in customer care
• Basic bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of accounting software (advantageous)
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of the web hosting industry
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Nigerian citizen or permanent resident

Job Functions:

• Manage billing and invoicing of clients
• Process invoices and payments
• Assist in preparing financial statements
• Reconcile payment variances
• Annual and semi-annual reporting
• Respond to billing queries via email/live chat

Sales/Technical Support

Passionate about web hosting? Customer service oriented? Love everything about websites? Then you are exactly who we are looking for!

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience with cPanel/WHM
• Understanding of shared, reseller, VPS hosting
• Experience with WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
• Ability to recommend hosting solutions to customers
• Ability to handle DNS, FTP, PHP errors, etc.
• Comfortable with phone communication

Responsibilities:

• Inbound Level 1 Technical Support & Sales
• Answer sales enquiries for all Zuumhost services
• Follow up with sales leads
• Order verification
