Acceptance of Terms: You Must Agree Before Using Our Services

- Conning, phishing, or copyright infringement cases will be treated seriously.
- Sites focused on hacking, proxy scripts, or torrent-related content.
- Starting background processes on shared servers.
- Content involving warez, hacking tools, or exploits.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Interfering with the site's operation.
- Distributing malware or viruses.
- Violating privacy or confidentiality.
- Spreading spam.

ZuumHost retains the right to terminate services without refunds.


Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

Resource Usage

Spamming is strictly prohibited. Unsolicited commercial emails may result in service termination.


Data and Backups

We're not responsible for data loss. Back up your content regularly. Backups older than 5 days may be removed at our discretion. You are advised to backup all of your own files to your local drive. We are not responsible for data loss, time, income or any other resource due to faulty backups or non-existent backups.


Disputes and Chargebacks

Disputing or initiating chargebacks through payment providers may result in account suspension and fines. A chargeback imposed under false pretenses is considered Fraudulent and will be treated as such.


Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined in detail. Generally, payments are non-refundable except when covered by a specific guarantee. All payments to ZuumHost are non refundable (unless covered by Money Back Guarantee). This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage.
