- All domain purchases and renewals are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or renewed, the transaction is final.
Hosting Services
- Refunds for hosting services are available only if the hosting was purchased within the last 7 days. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services, you may request a refund within this period.
- To request a refund for hosting services, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the refund request.
General Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable time frames as stated above.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a valid request.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued for services suspended for terms violation.
